Our head broker is a local of San Vicente whose early career was rooted in local government service. After graduating from the University of the Philippines – Diliman, she joined the Municipal Tourism Office of San Vicente, which was in charge of coordinating communication between a diverse group of stakeholders—local government units (LGUs), TIEZA, Palafox Associates, indigenous groups, environmental organizations, private investors, and developers—during the early stages of what is now celebrated globally as the San Vicente Master Plan.

This firsthand involvement provided her with rare and valuable insights into the vision, challenges, and long-term goals behind the area’s transformation. Today, this unique background gives SanVicente Realty a deep understanding of local policies, land use regulations, and environmental considerations—knowledge we leverage to help clients make informed, future-proof investment decisions. Her co-broker—who also happens to be her spouse—is a BS Accountancy graduate and one of the pioneer real estate brokers who successfully passed the first licensure exam under the Professional Regulations Commission in 2011. Before consolidating operations in Palawan, our brokers previously maintained offices at 6750 Ayala Avenue and Ascott Makati in Metro Manila. However, when condominiums and condotels in San Vicente first became available for investment, when Megaworld’s Paragua Coastown began developing in the area, our team made a pivotal decision: to refocus their efforts on San Vicente and be physically present where it mattered most.
